UGC has a production capacity of 12.000.000 pcs screws, bolts and fasteners per day in its modern integrated factory in İstanbul, Selimpaşa Ortaköy Industrial Zone with an indoor area of 10.000 m² and an outdoor area of 4.000 m². There are approximately 350 state-of-art machines with automatic control systems in the production plant including presses and thread rollings, washer assembly, wire drawing machines, annealing furnaces, surface phosphating line heat treatment furnaces, and plating lines. UGC provides services mainly to the automotive, white goods, electrical & electronics, window, furniture and glassware sectors.
