In 1994, our company started its business journey with nail production in Mersin. Later, we ventured into steel nails and brad nails, becoming the pioneers in producing these products in Turkey with both exceptional quality and market leadership. In 2016, our company recognized that our country had a 70% dependency on imported screws. Addressing this, we not only began producing all types of screws available globally but also specialized in producing high-quality drill-point screws that were challenging to manufacture domestically. This venture marked another significant success for us as we invested in a screw manufacturing facility. Sertel Vida, through consistent dedication, transformed Turkey from a net importer to an exporter in the screw industry. Our monthly production includes 3500 tons of screws, 10000 tons of nails, and 1000 tons of baling wire. Driven by a firm belief in Turkey s future, we sustain a rapid annual growth rate of 40%. We are committed to quality and invest significantly in research and development. Exporting 200 containers of products each month, we proudly secured a leading position in the export field within three years. In 2019, Sertel Vida ranked 572nd among Turkey s top 1000 exporters in the TİM list. Located in the Mersin Organized Industrial Zone, our facilities span 100000 m², comprising 90000 m² of enclosed and 10000 m² of open space. Our integrated plant, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, manages all processes from raw material input to finished product output. Alongside our modern machinery, Sertel Vida boasts a skilled, qualified, and experienced production team. What began with 40 employees in 1994 has grown to provide employment for 1200 individuals in 2022. Sertel ensures the timely fulfillment of customer demands and expectations. We maintain our production standards in line with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, TSE, ASTM, DIN, and ISO norms.
