Omega Civata was established in 2003 in Kartal , Istanbul. Our company, has started production with 12 machines in 1500 m2 area and continued its investments uninterrupted until today. Omega Civata has maintained its growth graph as both capacity and production area. T he company moved to its new production facility in Kocaeli Dilovasi with 10. 000 m2 area and continues to operate here with new machinery investments. Omega Civata, which has expanded its machine park to 85 units , continues its investments to supply faster and higher quality products to its customers. The production limits of our company, which has cold forming machines of different diameters and lengths from two stations to five stations, extend from M3x6 to M20x200. We have a production capacity of 10.000 tons or 400 million units with cold forming method in this range. Our product range includes a ll the Taptite ® and Remform ® licensed product , Bolts, Screws, Rivets, Pins, Bushings, Studs etc. The types can be standard and special according to customer demands. The products can be produced in steel, carbon steel, alloy steel (5.8 6.8 8.8 10.9 12.9 14.9) in stainless steel (AISI 304 316) and other metal types such as brass, aluminum and copper according to international standards and customer requirements. Omega Civata has been carrying out its activities with ISO 9001 Quality System Standard since the day it was established in order to meet customer satisfaction and product quality. In order to become an approved supplier in the automotive sector, IATF 16949 certificate audit passed with success.
